I Dawn sono una band svedese nata nel 1990. Dopo qualche demo pubblicano il primo (e già ottimo) full "Nær Solen Gar Nider For Evogher", ma il vero capolavoro arriva 4 anni dopo, "Slaughtersun (Crown of the Triarchy)": in questo album trovo che i riff siano tra i più belli mai sentiti, mai banali o noiosi.
